FINANZA '09 is the Annual Finance Conclave of Faculty of Management Studies, MBA (MS) Program.
Finanza, being a Finance event, deals with the one issue on the top of the mind for each and every person around, be it businessmen, industrialists, management gurus, academicians or students : The Global Meltdown. Everyone has their own opinions and perspectives on the financial crisis which has ripped through economies worldwide and caused large scale destruction.
We, at FMS, are no different. But we decide to take up a new approach about it. We talk about the solution instead of the problem. Instead of reclining on our couches, allowing the world to go its own way, we aim to actively decide what is to be done. We pursure the elusive road to recovery, and strive to develop an entire roadmap detailing the paths to recovery from the crisis.
Towards this endeavor, we pitch eminent personalities from both the industry and the academia on the same platform as curious and enthusiastic management students. A glance at the list of speakers will convince one and all that the event is going to be one exciting, enlightening and enriching experience.
